Fulfilment

Keep the stock nearer the door.

Same-day only works if the box starts close to the customer. Store with us and the order is picked, packed, and out on a rider from the same hub — instead of spending its first day in transit.

Ask about storage

Storage in our hubs

Hold stock close to the customer instead of shipping it across the state on every order. Ambient storage today; ask about temperature-controlled.

Inward, pick, and pack

We receive your stock against a purchase order, check it in, then pick and pack each order to your packaging spec.

Inventory you can see

Stock levels update as orders move, so what your storefront shows is what is actually on the shelf.

Returns back into stock

RTO and customer returns come back to the hub, get checked, and go back into sellable stock rather than sitting in a corner.

The order lifecycle

Four states, and a timestamp on each one.

  1. Queued

    Order lands

Your order arrives by API, panel upload, or a dark-store pick list. It is validated against serviceability before anyone is assigned.

  2. Assigned

    Rider takes it

BMX Dispatch assigns by hub, live rider load, and distance. The rider is on our payroll and punched in, not a name from a pool.

  3. In transit

    It moves

Pickup is scanned, the route runs, and status changes are written the moment they happen. Exceptions surface immediately, not at end of day.

  4. Delivered

    Proof closes it

Delivery is closed with proof, the customer is notified, and the rider's earning for that order is credited to their wallet the same day.

Getting orders to us

Integrate, or don’t.

The API is there if your team wants it. Plenty of clients never touch it and upload a file instead. Neither route changes what happens once the order reaches a rider.

Shopify

Orders sync from your store.

WooCommerce

Plugin or webhook, either works.

Unicommerce

OMS handover with reconciliation.

Shiprocket

Aggregator handover, standard flow.

REST API

Create shipments, pull status.

Excel or CSV

Upload a file, no build required.

Getting started

Live in about two weeks.

Four short steps. No sales cycle, no protocol dance — the first two weeks are working days, not calendar days.

  1. 01

    Send us your pincodes

We check them against live hub coverage and tell you honestly what we can and cannot serve today.

  2. 02

    Agree the commercials

Rate card, SLA window, COD remittance cycle, and who absorbs RTO. Written down before anything ships.

  3. 03

    Connect or upload

API, plugin, or a daily file. We run a handful of test orders end to end before you send real volume.

  4. 04

    Go live on one cluster

Start with a single pincode cluster for two weeks. Scale hub by hub once the numbers hold.

Before you ask

The questions we get every time.

Which areas do you actually serve?

Hubs are live in Murshidabad, Rajarhat, Kolkata, Dankuni, and Chandannagar, with the surrounding corridors covered from each. Send us a pincode list and we will mark it up honestly rather than promise blanket coverage.

What does it cost?

Rates depend on weight, distance band, and whether you are on per-order or a dedicated monthly commitment. We quote against your real order file, not a generic slab, so ask and we will price it properly.

How does COD remittance work?

Cash is collected at the door, reconciled against your order file, and remitted on a cycle agreed before you go live. You get the reconciliation, not just the transfer.

Who pays when a delivery fails?

Depends on why. Address and customer-unavailable failures follow the NDR rules in your contract; anything caused by us is on us. It is written into the rate card so it is never a conversation after the fact.

Do we have to integrate?

No. The API exists, and plenty of clients never use it. A daily CSV or the client panel gets orders to us just as reliably.

Are your riders employees or gig workers?

On our payroll, punched in through our own rider app, and paid the same day through our payout system. That is deliberate, and it is why service quality holds.

How small can we start?

One pincode cluster for two weeks. No contract to walk away from at the end of it.

Start small

Give us one route for two weeks.

Pick your hardest pincode cluster and put it on the network. You will see the dispatch view from day one, and you can walk away at the end of the pilot without a contract.
